Tire Warranty

2K Wheels offers a road hazard replacement warranty program which applies only during the first 2/32nd of the original usable tread or 1 year from the date of purchase, which ever comes first. All tires and Led lights sold by 2K Wheels are warrantied against defects in workmanship and materials and will be processed throughout the standard Manufacturer Limited Warranty policies and Procedures. Qualifying tires and led lights sold by 2K Wheels considered to have a defect in a workmanship or materials will be replaced according to standard manufacturer limited warranty policies and procedure will not covered under the 2K Wheels warranty. Cash and carry purchases for led light warranty program is null and void. if the tire has already been repaired or punctured prior to the warranty issue, 2kwheels cannot go through the warranty process. Has to present original receipt with taxes paid. Labour and service cost are not included in the warranty replacement and must be paid in separate.

Powdercoating Warranty

2K Wheels Powder Coating, warrants only item(s) coated by 2K Wheels against significant flaking or rusting due to defects in workmanship by 2K for a period not to exceed SIX (6) months from the date of acceptance, unless agreed upon and documented by both parties.

All parts received by 2K Wheels must be able to withstand temperatures of at least 400° Fahrenheit. 2K is not responsible for items that may be damaged due to baking of these temperatures. is also not responsible for damage to items removed per customer request. This warranty excludes any damage to the item(s) which occurs during shipment, due to failures caused by products not supplied by 2K and/or due to failures resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration or modification of the item(s) which in turn, causes premature corrosion or coating failure.

2K does not mask off any areas or holes unless agreed to by the customer. Any tapping, reaming, machining or sanding of parts after coating is applied is the responsibility of the customer. This warranty does not cover items that may rust or corrode due to the improper design, build or fabrication of the item(s). Water traps or tight areas may not be able to be coated. These areas may lead to premature corrosion and are not the responsibility of 2K. This warranty is void if the item(s) is taken apart, mounted or tampered with.

Any problem with this item(s) must first be reviewed by 2K. 2K Wheels reserves the right to determine what action, if any, will be taken to rectify the problem(s). This warranty does not cover repair of the item(s) by any service provider (Media Blasting). This covers only powder warranty.

There are no express warranties except as specifically sent forth above. 2K shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the item(s), or arising out of any breach of this warranty.

Receipt must be provided for warranty.

2K will not be responsible for any items not claimed after 2 weeks of completion.

Usually, written guarantee of the integrity of a product and of 2K Wheels responsibility for the repair (powder coating), replacement (brand new tires). Customer is to go through warranty guidelines for warranty claim.

Claim takes up to 5-6 days to submit and assess, after will be determined by supplier for appropriate action.
